Return and Exchange policy
1.We only accept returns or exchanges for products that
- Were damaged upon arrival
- Have been opened
- Are incorrect items
2. We will bear the delivery charges in these scenarios.
3. We accept return/exchange requests up to 2 days from the date of order delivery.
4. Return or exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 days.
5. In case of a refund, delivery charges are not refundable.
Return/Exchange Process
1.We will send our delivery team to pick up the products you wish to return.
2.For exchanges, our team will replace the incorrect products with the right ones.
3.In case of a refund, our delivery person will pick up the product from your doorstep, and we will process the refund amount within 2-3 working days.
